You can delete your farmer account and the data linked to it at any time — from inside the app, or by sending us a request if you no longer have the app installed.
Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out. The steps are available in English, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada, and the warning can be read aloud.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from any address with the mobile number you registered with. We will send a one-time code to that number to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days and confirm by SMS.

Deleted immediately: your profile (name, village, district, land and crop details), your login (mobile number), chat history, voice messages and recordings, photos you sent to the Crop Doctor and Soil Doctor together with their diagnoses, usage counters, call-centre notes about you, and any saved status posts.
Kept without your identity: records that other parties depend on are kept with your name, number and profile link removed — for example a produce listing that a buyer already bid on, a completed sale or payout, a loan application already sent to a lender, or a market price you reported. These records can no longer be traced back to you.
Backups: deleted data drops out of our encrypted backups within 30 days.
Inside the app you can clear individual chat messages at any time, and you can change or remove profile details from the Profile page. To remove only your Crop Doctor photos or voice recordings while keeping the account, email the address above with the same subject line and tell us what to remove.
